The shipping was very fast we got it in 3 days yet it said it could take 5-6.. we were glad to get it sooner as it was a gift for our son’s birthday. Only issue was when we went out it together that night so it was ready for our son the next day one of the tubes for the tires was pinched in the packing process and cause it to have a hole.
It was late and unexpected so stores options near us that were still open were limited to be able to replace the tube.
I emailed to let them know, was told they were out of office for the week and to just go and buy a new one.
Yes I could go buy a new one but not really the response you want after spending so much money. I get things happen but I think a better response could have been sent.

Again, we are sorry that the tube was broken. We never want to hear that. We are a small, mom and pop run shop, and took our kids on vacation, which is why we were out of the office at that time. If it came across negative in any way, we apologize, but our intent was only to mean that - since we were out of town and would not be able to get the tube to you for at least 5 days - alternatively, that you could go ahead and get one faster online affordably. As you mentioned, it was for a birthday, and we just didn't want you to have to wait while we were away, while referencing some other options you might have instead.
