Return Policy
We recognize that circumstances can change and unexpected things can occur.
To qualify for a full refund, the item(s) must show no signs of wear and should be resalable as a new.
Please note: Our refund policy is distinct from our warranty policy. If your bike, or product(s), arrive damaged or non-functional, kindly refer to our warranty page to submit a warranty claim. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us. We are more than happy to assist you and guide you through the appropriate process. If you are NOT submitting a warranty or parts-related issue, please review our RETURN POLICY outlined below:
E-bike Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All bicycles or electric mobility brands (such as One Wheel, Dryft Board, etc.) must show zero miles/run-time and exhibit no signs of "wear and tear." (For specific return policies regarding individual brands, such as One Wheel, please refer to the section below, excluding e-bikes.)
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and it is recommended to insure the item(s) during transit.
Re-stocking fees
Restocking fees are applied due to the process of inspection and filing. When we receive returns, every bike must be opened, unpacked, inspected, and repacked to ensure quality and readiness for shipment. We take pride in providing top-notch products to all our customers, and while we understand that changes may occur, thorough inspections are essential to confirm that all returns meet the same condition as when they were originally sold.
Re-Stocking fees are as follows (excluding shipping):
- 12" electric balance bikes - $50
- 16" electric balance bikes - $60
- 20" electric balance bikes - $80
*Re-stocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
