Manufacture warranties will be handled as a “part replacement” first and navigated within each manufactures warranty guidelines.

OEM Brands such as STACYC, ORION MOTO , PUR-SPEED, VOLTAIC, XRT MOTO warranty and claim information can be found using the links below.

Non OEM/Factory and Misc Parts carry a 90 Day warranty though JDubs Racing. Photos and Videos will be required to fulfill any warranty.

No Warranty on Rubber Components such as Grip, Tires, Tubes etc. If there is an issue when you receive the bike, contact us immediately.

NOTE: ebikes are not intended to be used for jumping. Damage resulting from jumping will not be honored with the warranty.

Damage from crashes are NOT covered. 

No manufacturer warranty on any electrical components that have signs of water damage.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY INFO

Please note these warranties are limited to The United States and some Canadian territories only if they have a presence in Canada. If you are purchasing outside of these areas understand Companies/Manufactures do not have warranty support over boarders and will not ship warranty parts internationally. In the case where the manufacture/factory agrees to send JDubs the parts under warranty, it will be the customers responsibility for the shipping and duties cost associated with those parts. While we understand this is not the most ideal scenario and you do not agree to these terms we would advise you not to purchase items internationally. We simply offer international orders for customers that assume this risk.
