JDubs Racing LLC Parts Warranty

Non-OEM, aftermarket, factory take-off, and miscellaneous parts sold by JDubs Racing LLC include a limited 90-day warranty unless otherwise stated.

To process any warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Proof of purchase
  
• Order number
  
• Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue or defect
  

Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Warranty Exclusions

The following items and conditions are NOT covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Rubber components including grips, tires, tubes, brake pads, seals, etc.
• Crash damage or impact damage
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Damage resulting from jumping, stunts, racing, or other abusive riding conditions
• Water damage or moisture intrusion to electrical components
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Improper charging or battery misuse
  

Important: Electric bikes are not designed or intended for jumping or extreme stunt use. Any damage resulting from jumping or abusive riding will void warranty coverage.

If your bike or product arrives damaged or defective upon delivery, you must contact JDubs Racing LLC immediately upon receipt.

Electrical Component & Water Damage Policy

Manufacturer warranties do not cover electrical components that show signs of:

• Water exposure
• Corrosion
• Moisture intrusion
• Improper washing or storage
• Submersion damage
  

Customers are responsible for properly protecting and maintaining all electrical systems and battery components.

International Warranty Policy

Please note that most manufacturer warranties are limited to customers located within the United States and select Canadian territories where the manufacturer maintains warranty support.

Customers purchasing products internationally acknowledge and agree that:

• Manufacturers may not provide warranty support outside their authorized regions.
• Manufacturers may refuse to ship warranty replacement parts internationally.
• International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs fees related to warranty claims.
  

In cases where a manufacturer agrees to ship warranty parts to JDubs Racing LLC for international customers, the customer will still be responsible for all associated international shipping and duty charges.

By placing an international order, the customer accepts these limitations and assumes all associated risks.

Return Authorization Required

All returns and warranty claims must receive prior authorization before being shipped back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
