“FREE SHIPPING” OFFER:
“Free shipping on eBike orders” (or orders over $399) is limited to the US48 and parts of Canada only. All other areas are subject to shipping cost.
Special Limited Time Free Shipping offers will reflect these same limitations unless otherwise noted.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
ALL ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES, DUTIES, AND ANY OTHER FEES, (IF APPLICABLE) ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORDER. JDubs Racing LLC is NOT responsible for those charges. We do not know what those taxes, duties, and fees, if applicable will be. We encourage you to do your own research prior to ordering.
UPS is our preferred shipping company for International orders. Shipping times are typically faster however may be subject to higher cost.
USPS options may be utilized by contacting us directly. Please note, while USPS may be subject to cheaper taxes, duties, and fees, please be aware that USPS estimated shipping times are very vague and range widely between 7-28 days. We do not have the ability to track your package any better than the tracking number provided to you once shipped. USPS typically will partner with a local parcel service for final delivery. Due to USPS long transit times, JDubs Racing LLC will not ship replacement parts until USPS acknowledges that parcel has been lost, this can take anywhere from to 6-8 weeks.
As mentioned above, please do your own research. JDubs Racing LLC will not refund or reimburse for costs associated with taxes, duties, and/or any applicable fees.
STANDARD SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:
- PO Box addresses are not accepted for bike and OneWheel orders due to the high USPS shipping rates on large parcels. If a PO Box is submitted we will contact you for an alternate address. If one is not available, customer will be required to pay the shipping difference associated with the order. This will likely prolong our shipping process.
- Please allow up to 2 business days for all custom orders, prior to processing, for shipment. Custom products such as; Suspension kits, Brake Kits, Hydraulic Brake orders, any Custom Name and Number printing.
- Custom/Semi Custom Graphics Kits are an exclusive partnership with InkFli Printing. Please note that typical shipping times are 10-14 days however may be subject to longer shipping times. Once orders are submitted to InkFli Printing, refunds are subject to approval.
- As a Single Family Owned and Operated Business, Family Vacations mean shop closures. Closures associated with traveling/vacationing will be posted typically on the banner at the top of our home page and typically posted on our socials.
- ALL ORDERS SHIP FROM THE U.S. unless otherwise noted.
Return Policy
We understand things happen. Each of our brands have specific return and warranty policies. Here at JDubs we are committed to helping in any way we can. Here are some specific guidelines for general returns:
- MANUFACTURE WARRANTIES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO AUTOMATIC RETURNS/REFUNDS. Manufacture warranties will be handled as a “part replacement” first and navigated within each manufactures warranty guidelines. For more warranty information see our warranty page.
- JDubs Racing LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs on orders purchased by mistake or customer changed their mind. Customers will then be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of parts & accessories.
- RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
- Returns must be in new, unused condition for a full refund.
- Customers are responsible to pay the return shipping on all bike returns. All Bike returns will be charged a restocking fee as each bike was paid to ship by JDubs to the customer through our free shipping program. Bikes then have to be reopened for inspection, and then repackaged in a manner it can be resold.
- Bikes must have 0 hours and/or 0 miles on them and show no signs of usage.
Restocking Fees:
- 24” Bikes = $100
- 20” Bikes = $80
- 16” Bikes = $70
- 12” Bikes = $60
Refunds are also based on the condition of the bike, it is encouraged you take photos of the bike and box before and after you package it back up. It is also heavily encouraged you insure the bike. If it arrives damaged or gets lost in transport, it will be your responsibility to file a clam with the shipping company.
