    Customer Service That Actually Cares!

    This bike absolutely rocks, and so does the customer service! 🙌 I called Jdubs this morning because my son’s bike wasn’t charging, and they were incredibly helpful over the phone. They immediately sent out a new charger for me without any hassle.

    I really appreciate how quickly they took care of the issue and made the whole process so easy. Thank you guys so much for the amazing customer service! Highly recommend this bike and purchasing from Jdubs!!

    This battery adapter is a great product

    This battery adapter is a great product, well made, and worked perfectly. Having the versatility to run the stock battery and the milwaukee batteries worked great. I was able to keep two batteries charging when the generator ran, allowing my grandson to ride his bike all weekend while camping. I would highly recommend this product owners of Stacyc bikes.
