By popular demand we are now offering Full Hydraulic Brakes for our "Build Your Own Front Suspension Kit" compatible with Stacyc. Now you can choose between our base package or pick and choose your upgrades. With these kits you don't have to worry if you have everything* you need to get front brakes and suspension on your 12" Stacyc.
All Kits Include:
- 12" Suspension Fork
- 12" Aluminum Front Wheel
- 140mm Rotor
- Full Hydraulic Brake Lever and Caliper - Right Side Lever
- Rotor Mounting Hardware
- 10mm Spacer
- Axel and Spacers
Fits:
- 12” Stacyc
Forks Specs:
- 1-1/8" Steering Tube Diameter'
- 5-7/8" Steering Tube Length
- 65mm Travel
- 5" Center from Tube to Tube.
Wheel Specs:

We have a 2023 16" XRT and it fits. Does NOT effect performance, however, we only have it on the back tire. Great traction, really grips!

This is the second bike I have purchased from J-Dubs Racing for my grandchildren. Juan has been great helping with a small problem on one bike. Very happy with them and highly recommend them.

Everything fit great. Didn’t include a shim for the brake lever to work with 19mm bars. Didn’t include all hardware required to mount the brake to the fork (no problem i have plenty bolts sitting around). Had to grind a flat spot on the front axle bolt flange as it was too wide and interfering with the fork body causing it to not seat flush to the fork. Didn’t include instructions. If these things were worked out install time would be minutes instead of days, because u wouldn't install everything to find at the end u need a shim that u have to order and wait to be shipped to mount the brake lever.
Great kit! My boy is able to ride faster and in control. I was worried about front brakes being too much for my 3yo but he hasn’t had any issues getting used to them
Wow! This kit is awesome, way higher quality than I expected! The shock feels like it was tuned perfect for the bike. Fits perfect and went together with ease. I am blown away. I will definitely be back if I need more upgrades. Also get the shimano shock! It is really good!
