This bike absolutely rocks, and so does the customer service! 🙌 I called Jdubs this morning because my son’s bike wasn’t charging, and they were incredibly helpful over the phone. They immediately sent out a new charger for me without any hassle.

This battery adapter is a great product, well made, and worked perfectly. Having the versatility to run the stock battery and the milwaukee batteries worked great. I was able to keep two batteries charging when the generator ran, allowing my grandson to ride his bike all weekend while camping. I would highly recommend this product owners of Stacyc bikes.
