So far this thing is perfect. Unmatched quality against the other ones I've tried off Amazon, etc.. they were loose and I had to keep wrapping taping the battery to keep connection. But this one from JDubs is solid. The connection to the stacyc is tight and the battery fits snug. No wiggle at all. Will be buying another one for the 12"

We purchased two bikes from Jdubs and got the most amazing customer service from both wife and husband of the company!!! Throughout the process of deciding what bikes to get, she helped every step of the way and explained things. We had some issues due to shipping 1x and an issue with a part not working the second time and they were amazing with communication and even FaceTimed us to make sure we fixed the issue. They sent us replacement parts to use as well temporarily until the part we need from the manufacturer comes in. Due to the customer service, we will always buy from Jdubs!!!

The breaks are a big game changer in my kids riding. The standard rear disc breaks are good. I wish there was more mounting support. But if installed correctly there are no issues.

I have ordered from the UK, fast delivery giving the distance.
I have been sent the wrong item initially however they have resent it fast and responded to my email promptly and have been very helpful.
In terms of product, I have ordered a hydraulic disk brake conversion kit for Stacyc 16E it is really good product, exactly as described.
I would definitely recommend and order again from these guys.

The stock spring in most aftermarket 16" forks is way too rigid for a lighter kid. The 2.5mm soft spring from JDubs solved the problem instantly, turning a stiff fork into a smooth, plush front end that actually moves when my kid stands on the bike.
It showed as unavailable/discontinued online, but I called the shop directly and they took care of me right away, shipping one out the next morning. Incredible customer service. If you have a lighter rider, skip the website checkout, give them a call, and see if they can pull one from the back for you!

My Grandson ran his first race on his XRT Mini with the 4inch rise bar and pad and loved it. Thank you JDubs always excellent products.
