I wanted to follow up regarding the message I sent previously. I realize I approached the situation with a lot of emotion, and for that, I sincerely apologize. I should have taken a moment to calm down before reaching out. This matter is very personal and important to me, and my reaction came from a place of wanting to protect my child.
In today’s world, it’s so important to be cautious about where and how our children’s images are shared, especially on public platforms. I hope you can understand that my intention was never to stir drama, but to advocate for my son's privacy and safety.
Again, I apologize for the aggressive tone of my initial message and hope we can move forward with mutual understanding and respect.
I wish I wouldn’t have been blocked so we could’ve communicated a resolution. I was unaware that his father sent in the picture and I should’ve communicated the importance of boundaries with him. However, thank you for removing the post. My son does love his bike, he’s two and rides amazingly. I’m very proud of him and I think it’s great that you guys have customers who are okay with showing off their kids’. I just prefer to keep his face from a public audience.

Bought my son a 12" XRT Moto Fury-X to replace his stacyc and he absolutely loves it! Great communication and wonderful people to talk to about the bike. I also purchased a XRT Moto 12" Fury ECO for my nephews birthday. Amazing battery life and saftey features. I recommend to everyone we meet through our e-bike journeys.
My son put 650 miles on the original orion wheel motor before it finally let go. This one bolted right up and had him back in action in no time.
The bike is insanely smooth and dead silent. The customer service has been pretty good as well, just waiting on a final call back.

We chose the Pur-speed because of the let down of motors on her Stacyc and the Orion was out of stock. It is a solid bike that can take a track very well. Its not as fast as other 48v without mods but a solid bike none the less. She still wins but has to come from mid pack off the start. Only have about 20 hours on the bike so I can't report on durability at this time. My daughter loves that it is so quiet. I like the no chain and the slick front forks. Will be purchasing an Orion in the future so we can get back out front on the gate drops.
