I wanted to follow up regarding the message I sent previously. I realize I approached the situation with a lot of emotion, and for that, I sincerely apologize. I should have taken a moment to calm down before reaching out. This matter is very personal and important to me, and my reaction came from a place of wanting to protect my child.
In today’s world, it’s so important to be cautious about where and how our children’s images are shared, especially on public platforms. I hope you can understand that my intention was never to stir drama, but to advocate for my son's privacy and safety.
Again, I apologize for the aggressive tone of my initial message and hope we can move forward with mutual understanding and respect.
I wish I wouldn’t have been blocked so we could’ve communicated a resolution. I was unaware that his father sent in the picture and I should’ve communicated the importance of boundaries with him. However, thank you for removing the post. My son does love his bike, he’s two and rides amazingly. I’m very proud of him and I think it’s great that you guys have customers who are okay with showing off their kids’. I just prefer to keep his face from a public audience.

Bought my son a 12" XRT Moto Fury-X to replace his stacyc and he absolutely loves it! Great communication and wonderful people to talk to about the bike. Ordered the stacyc 16e upgrade kit and love it. My son was growing out of his stacyc fast and this bought him some time and loves to jump it more than before. Nothing but positive feedback on this kit.
