Unfortunately, we've noticed the crossbars support coming off the main tube is inconsistent, and location varies up to 3" and it just not possible for us to pinpoint. Therefore, all cross-bar notches at the main tube have been removed from the graphics and will require customer to cut these.
We have also noticed a similar issue with the metal cable holder location welded on the tube.

This thing is high quality. The fit is super tight. We didnt even bother with the screws. I can barely get the thing off the frame in the riding sessions we actually want to use the OE battery while the dewalt batteries charge. Very happy with this purchase. OE fitment is great and dewalt battery fitment is great too.

This battery adapter fits great and is quality. Definitely a must have on the stacyc!
So far this thing is perfect. Unmatched quality against the other ones I've tried off Amazon, etc.. they were loose and I had to keep wrapping taping the battery to keep connection. But this one from JDubs is solid. The connection to the stacyc is tight and the battery fits snug. No wiggle at all. Will be buying another one for the 12"
We purchased two bikes from Jdubs and got the most amazing customer service from both wife and husband of the company!!! Throughout the process of deciding what bikes to get, she helped every step of the way and explained things. We had some issues due to shipping 1x and an issue with a part not working the second time and they were amazing with communication and even FaceTimed us to make sure we fixed the issue.
