The Brushless STACYC H-D 16eDRIVE comes stock with our new High-Output Brushless Motor right out of the box. Our new upgraded motor packs a punch with additional low-end power and torque allowing for more aggressive riding on more varied terrain.
The STACYC H-D 16eDRIVE is the perfect choice for Little Rippers with some experience on a balance bike and are a little taller and/or more familiar with riding a STACYC Stability Cycles and need a larger platform. Your child should have an inseam of 18” or more to adequately touch the ground with a slight bend in the knees for optimum sizing. Your child can learn to push, balance, and coast in the non-powered mode. Then, graduate them to the powered mode (the holy grail of fun) as they show proficient use and understanding of the brake and the ability to coast and brake while standing. Start them with a speed similar to what they can push the non-powered version at, and they learn the use of the twist throttle, and a long coast turns into a constant use of throttle and giggles. As they continue to develop skills, the medium and high speeds of the STACYC H-D 16eDRIVE allows for an exceptional amount of fun outdoors, getting thousands of hours of hand-eye coordination, balance, and outdoor exercise.

So far this thing is perfect. Unmatched quality against the other ones I've tried off Amazon, etc.. they were loose and I had to keep wrapping taping the battery to keep connection. But this one from JDubs is solid. The connection to the stacyc is tight and the battery fits snug. No wiggle at all. Will be buying another one for the 12"
We purchased two bikes from Jdubs and got the most amazing customer service from both wife and husband of the company!!! Throughout the process of deciding what bikes to get, she helped every step of the way and explained things. We had some issues due to shipping 1x and an issue with a part not working the second time and they were amazing with communication and even FaceTimed us to make sure we fixed the issue. The breaks are a big game changer in my kids riding. The standard rear disc breaks are good. I wish there was more mounting support. But if installed correctly there are no issues.

In terms of product, I have ordered a hydraulic disk brake conversion kit for Stacyc 16E it is really good product, exactly as described.

The stock spring in most aftermarket 16" forks is way too rigid for a lighter kid. The 2.5mm soft spring from JDubs solved the problem instantly, turning a stiff fork into a smooth, plush front end that actually moves when my kid stands on the bike.
It showed as unavailable/discontinued online, but I called the shop directly and they took care of me right away, shipping one out the next morning. Incredible customer service. If you have a lighter rider, skip the website checkout, give them a call, and see if they can pull one from the back for you!
