Let customers speak for us
Works great!!
Worked perfectly and fast shipping
We ordered a kickstand for our Macfox x7L, the order was shipped promptly and it worked out great. This is our first time ordering from JDubs and our expectations were exceeded. I ordered this same item direct from Macfox previously and waited forever to get the shipman you JDubs! I will shop here again.
Exactly how the lever should be and feel!
Thank you for the exceptional service! I would highly recommend JDUBS to anyone looking for great service
We have bought 2 bikes and been very happy With them. One of the bike had a problem and they had us send it to them and we have gotten back and it
Runs great! So we bought a 3rd bike from them
This bike absolutely rocks, and so does the customer service! 🙌 I called Jdubs this morning because my son’s bike wasn’t charging, and they were incredibly helpful over the phone. They immediately sent out a new charger for me without any hassle.
I really appreciate how quickly they took care of the issue and made the whole process so easy. Thank you guys so much for the amazing customer service! Highly recommend this bike and purchasing from Jdubs!!
This battery adapter is a great product, well made, and worked perfectly. Having the versatility to run the stock battery and the milwaukee batteries worked great. I was able to keep two batteries charging when the generator ran, allowing my grandson to ride his bike all weekend while camping. I would highly recommend this product owners of Stacyc bikes.
Just as described and works great!
My grandson is so happy now that he has endless Milwaukee batteries to ride his Harley Stayc.
the boy loved it
Ordered came as said and worked well
Works perfectly as intended, keeps the kids from just laying the bike down wherever they stop.
Great price
Bike came packaged super well and arrived on time! Bike is perfect for my 3 year old he loves it!! Well built not cheap.
Hang on, these things are fast! It took our 3yo a couple days to get the hang of the Pur Speed on his own. He was already very proficient on his Strider bike as well as a 16" pedal bike, so it was just learning how to operate with a throttle. We had to work on partial throttle and letting off/applying the breaks. Once he got the hang of that, he was off to the races, sitting, standing, trying to catch his brothers on their dirt bikes! If the video shows up, it shows him on 1/2 power, middle speed position on switch. Also, highly recommend ordering from JDubs. The support they offer is top notch, they even helped us with some questions we had during the holidays when they were technically closed.
Thank you Billy for your review! We are so glad to hear that your son is loving his new Pur Speed 16' bike. It's great to see him growing into it and becoming a little pro on the throttle. Our team at JDubs is always here to support and assist you, and we're happy to have been able to help during the holiday season.
Fast and free shipping was a huge plus. The bike came in great condition and added little goodies. Great way to promote business. I had a question and my email was responded to within hours. Would highly recommend this bike and company to others!
Thank you for your positive feedback Brooke! We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying your Pur-Speed 16 Xtreme bike and that our fast and free shipping was a huge plus for you. We always strive to provide excellent service and we are glad that we could answer your question promptly. Thank you for recommending our bike and company to others. Happy riding!
We chose the Pur-speed because of the let down of motors on her Stacyc and the Orion was out of stock. It is a solid bike that can take a track very well. Its not as fast as other 48v without mods but a solid bike none the less. She still wins but has to come from mid pack off the start. Only have about 20 hours on the bike so I can't report on durability at this time. My daughter loves that it is so quiet. I like the no chain and the slick front forks. Will be purchasing an Orion in the future so we can get back out front on the gate drops.
WE LOVE THE PHOTOS!!!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We are glad to hear that the Pur-Speed 16 has been performing well for your daughter on the track. We hope that it continues to bring her many hours of enjoyment. Thank you for choosing our product and we look forward to helping you in the future! Keep on riding!
Jdub Racing really come through for us prior to a big race for our little 3 racers. Great products and great service. We will back for sure!! Thanks again JDub Racing!!
Dan, this makes us soooooo happy to hear! Thank you so much for the support and review! I hope ALL of you create great memories riding! Take care and reach out anytime!
This bike absolutely rips. My 6 year old was coming from a Stacyc, and there’s no comparison between the two. So far, we’re very happy with the product.
Love this bike!
Super sweet comes wirh tool kit and air pump kids love it simple assembly
Great bikes
The bike is insanely smooth and dead silent. The customer service has been pretty good as well, just waiting on a final call back.
Thank you JDubs
Best customer service
Honestly have no clue how these bikes are this awesome for the price. Shipping was super fast and putting it together was very easy. My kid loves it! Highly recommend!
My grandson loves the bike ,customer service was excellent.
Thanks for taking time ot leave us a review. We're happy to hear your grandson loves the bike and the customer service was excellent! Wish we could have earned a 5 star review however if you need anything along the way please reach out!
We just got our son the extreme 16” 48 v. Has incredible torque compared to his upgrade zero 2 flea 40v, but lacks in top speed. Is zero 2 goes approx 25 mph. Is there anything to we can do to get top speed up?
Thank you
Hi Mike, Thank you so much for the review. As discussed, and for anyone else, between the pegs lives the controller for the bike. If you expose the controller then find and cut the solid white wire that loops out and back into the controller with no connectors, that will then unlock 100% power mode on the bike. You will still have the ability to toggle the 3 speed settings so we recommend going back down to speed setting one and working your way up.
Better than stacyc !

Hi Robert!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a positive review for our 'Pur-Speed 16' Xtreme 350W 48V 4ah' bike. We are thrilled to hear that you are happy with your purchase and that it has been a great upgrade from your previous Stacyc 16 Brushless.

Bike is awesome and the kids love it!
Thank you for your review Wade and glad to hear they're loving the bike! Ride the journey and reach out anytime! Thanks for choosing JDubs!
These bikes are awesome. Plain and simple. Vallerie from JDubs helped us out with deciding on E-bikes for our 3 and 5 year old. The Pur-Speed 12” and 16” bikes have been everything she portrayed them to be. The battery life on both bikes averages 2-2.5 hours of hard riding. They typically recharge to full battery within an hour. The bikes are built very stout (our 5 year old is not easy on bikes). We highly recommend these bikes to beginner and experienced riders. We also had these bikes delivered to us out of state within 2-3 days. Could not have asked for a better experience from Vallerie/JDubs Racing. Highly recommend getting this bike!
Thanks so much Jacob and it was awesome working with you guys as well! I LOVE that you're loving them and the kiddos are having so much fun on them. It is our absolute pleasure and please never hesitate to reach out if we can be of any help! You guys are what it's about!
Not only was the customer service great the product was above and beyond what we had anticipated.
Thanks for the review Alex and it's an awesome bike! Reach out anytime!
The shipping was very fast we got it in 3 days yet it said it could take 5-6.. we were glad to get it sooner as it was a gift for our son’s birthday. Only issue was when we went out it together that night so it was ready for our son the next day one of the tubes for the tires was pinched in the packing process and cause it to have a hole.
It was late and unexpected so stores options near us that were still open were limited to be able to replace the tube.
I emailed to let them know, was told they were out of office for the week and to just go and buy a new one.
Yes I could go buy a new one but not really the response you want after spending so much money. I get things happen but I think a better response could have been sent.
Hi M.
Again, we are sorry that the tube was broken. We never want to hear that. We are a small, mom and pop run shop, and took our kids on vacation, which is why we were out of the office at that time. If it came across negative in any way, we apologize, but our intent was only to mean that - since we were out of town and would not be able to get the tube to you for at least 5 days - alternatively, that you could go ahead and get one faster online affordably. As you mentioned, it was for a birthday, and we just didn't want you to have to wait while we were away, while referencing some other options you might have instead. We are more than happy to send you a replacement tube, we were just closed during that time. Thank you for
