The e20X seems to be a little better made than the Electrode 16 it is replacing. I don’t know if it’s the battery type, but this thing takes forever to charge. Manual says 2-4 but it’s more like 5-6. It does seem to stay charge for a few days of riding for my son. The terrain is not all flat either. Also these things will scoot!!! The battery is pretty much toast once the life indicator hits 3 for about 15 minutes. He can barely get it to the garage at that point. We happy with the 16 & 20 just wish you could use the bike more after the battery hits the half way point. It is pretty much done by then.

These are sturdy little bikes and seem to work well for the month we have had them. One thing I did notice is that there are 5 bars of battery life, once you hit 3 you pretty much need to charge it. It’s seems like both the e16x & e20x batteries are toast at that point.

My 3 year old loves it. It takes off nice and smooth so it doesn’t intimidate him. He is already ripping around the house and learning balance
