I have not received it, I sent an email asking for some assistance. It's been over a week now.

Hi Isaac,
We’re sorry to hear about the delay. We did some digging and it looks like we missed one of your emails that came through at 4:55 PM yesterday, 9/16. We sincerely apologize for missing that. We receive messages from literally every platform and direction you can imagine, and unfortunately, an occasional message can slip through the cracks.

Looking into your order, it was placed just after 7:30 PM on 9/7 and was picked up by USPS the following day, 9/8.

Unfortunately, it looks like the package stalled somewhere between Illinois and Kentucky. The good news is that the tracking was updated today, 9/17, showing that it has left Kentucky and is still in transit.

We truly wish we had more control over what happens once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, but unfortunately, we don’t. Most shipments move through without any issues, but every once in a while, the carrier drops the ball and a package gets delayed like this. We completely understand your frustration, though, and we’re sorry that this has been your experience. Maybe they deserve this one star review??
