XRT MOTO Nylon gears are specifically designed for high impact riding. They have been tested with 60v systems for more than 1 year without failure. Our gears will not damage your clutch like the steel gears will.
Our special nylon is a kind of polymer material with high abrasion resistance. Its wear resistance is mainly due to the following aspects:
1. Molecular structure: the molecular structure of XRT nylon contains many rigid benzene rings and flexible carbon chains, this structure makes the material have better rigidity and toughness when withstanding friction, which reduces the wear and tear of the material by friction.
2. Crystallinity: XRT nylon is semi-crystalline, which means that its molecular chains can form an orderly arrangement under certain conditions, thus improving the denseness and stability of the material and reducing the friction wear on the material.
3. Lubricity: XRT nylon contains a small amount of lubricant can effectively reduce the coefficient of friction, reduce friction on the material wear.
Therefore, XRT nylon shows excellent wear resistance in the required applications, such as bearings, gears, conveyor belts and so on.

This battery adapter is a great product, well made, and worked perfectly. Having the versatility to run the stock battery and the milwaukee batteries worked great. I was able to keep two batteries charging when the generator ran, allowing my grandson to ride his bike all weekend while camping. I would highly recommend this product owners of Stacyc bikes.
